IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

All our rifles are built to
order and require a non-refundable deposit of $2,000.00 or more
(customer's discretion). Deposits are
recorded on the customer’s work orders and later applied to the amount owed for
a final balance. Due to the structure of our processes of custom building these
fine rifles, the deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels their order
before and after the delivery date. Customer Deposits cover the rising
costs of materials needed to build our custom rifle.
All balances are paid before
rifles are shipped from our facility.
Once the rifles are received,
the customer has 30 days to inspect and test fire the rifle. If there are any
manufacture faults, the customer must contact Bansner’s within the 30 days and
Bansner’s will correct and change any necessary problems. It is essential that
customers contact us before shipping back the product for any reason. Customers
will also be responsible for attaching detailed information of the problems or
work request on their rifles.
Bansner’s Ultimate Rifles, LLC
stands by their product and gives a 100% guarantee from any manufacturing issues
to their customers. Yet, under no circumstances will a refund be issued on a
rifle that performs and meets our high quality standards. There will be no
refunds issued on any custom rifle that has been personally engraved with the
clients name, logo, etc. Others include “wildcat” calibers fall into our
category of no refund policy. If a rifle is returned without a “return
authorization” number or permission by any of Bansner’s staff, Bansner’s is not
obligated to perform any work or refunds for any reason.
The quality and workmanship is
second to none. We take great pride in our rifles and the clients that own
them.
CREDIT CARD POLICY:
For convenience, Bansner's Ultimate
Rifles will accept all major credit cards. For purchases, we will NOT
charge a fee. For REFUNDS, we have to tack on a 2.5% interest charge which
will be subtracted for the original deposit amount. Policies are
reinforced due to past experiences.
CHECK POLICY:
All returned checks will be charged
a $25.00 fee additional.
SHIPPING CHARGES ON RETURNS:
Unless there is a manufacturer
error, customers are responsible for shipping charges for any requested changes
on their rifle or other products bought from Bansner’s Ultimate Rifles.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS:
Customer must obtain a return
authorization number and have it clearly written on the packaging as well as
detailed written information of the issues of their rifles. We cannot process
any additional work if we don’t have the information needed.

**"BANSNER'S COMPLETED MY RIFLE...NOW WHAT DO I
DO?" (F.A.Q.):
Bansner's crew just finished
building your custom bolt action rifle and now what do you do??? Just need
the following information from you!!!:
**Must have rifle paid in full
before shipping.
**If the rifle action is NOT yours,
you must supply us with a Federal Firearms License Dealer (FFL) that will accept
your rifle for delivery and pickup. Some FFL Dealers may charge you a fee.
If you don't know of any in your area, we will try to help you find a dealer.
**If you sent us YOUR action, once
we build a rifle from that action, we can ship directly to you via UPS, FedEx or
US postal Service.
**Arrangements can be made to export
a rifle. One thing to be aware of, it could take up to 6 - 8 months after
the rifle is completed before it leaves US soil plus there are fees for
exporting a firearm. We are strict on this process, due to security
